Where are Fleur de Peau's Jewellery made?

All our jewellery are handcrafted between Forte dei Marmi and Milan, Italy.

What kind of payments do you accept?

At Fleur de Peau, we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can make your purchases using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Are all pieces handcrafted?

All our pieces are handmade.

Where can I find Fleur de Peau's jewellery?

You can find us at East Market Milano every 3rd Sunday of the Month.

CARE

How do I care for my jewellery?

Preserve the vibrant colors and pristine condition of your necklace by storing it in a cool, dry place. Steer clear from water and chemicals, and when it's time for a clean, a gentle wipe with a soft cloth is all it needs.

SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to? Am I on the no-fly list?

We ship to all European Countries.

I placed an order, how long do I have to wait until I get ut?

It usually takes from 3 to 6 days to receive your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What items can I return?

You may return or exchange all mainline products ordered on fleurdepeau.it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

Please note:

— We will not accept returned products that have been modified by external jewelers, worn, damaged, or returned without security tag or original paperwork and packaging.

— We will not refund the original shipment cost to you unless the items in question have been deemed faulty or defective.

What process do I need to follow to return my purchase?

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below to complete your return:

1. Please email fleurdepeau.it@gmail.com notifying us of your intention to return or exchange your purchase.

2. Once your email has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team, providing you with a return label and instructions.

3. Please notify our Customer Service team upon shipment of your returns.

4. Your exchange or refund via your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Please note that we are not liable for lost or delayed packages. You may not use your own courier to ship back returns, and doing so will result in a refund request being voided. We cannot be liable for any import duty resulting from incorrect return of purchases. 

Please direct all claims regarding faulty or defective items to our Customer Service team and we will respond to you by email within one working day.
